surfing
aim
The aim of surfing refers to be
standing up on a surfboard while the wave rider (surfer) rides the wave. It
looks easy, but it’s not, is quite difficult. You can do surfing in oceans,
rivers, lakes and artificial wave pools. Surfing is a very fun sport.
equipment
The equipment you
need for surfing, are these: a board, for surfing, the wave, a leash, to be
safer, a stomp-pad, a rash-guard and a wet-suit gear, which isn’t obligatory, you
can also use a swimming costume.
rules
The rules of surfing are these ones:
(you may think they’re easy but you have to be careful). When
you are surfing with some other people, doesn’t force a surfer to drop out of
the wave, the person riding the wave has the right of wave. You also have to be
careful and avoid getting in the way of others, and a very important rule is,
to keep an eye out of swimmers if you don’t want them to be with you on the
surfboard. As you’re surfing; it would be safer if you just don’t ever surf
beyond your abilities. Finally, for surfing, make sure you have all the
equipment you need because if you don’t have it, how are you going to surf? And
it would safer if you don’t ever surf alone because the ocean is too big
for you to get lost.

for surfing are these ones. Flexibility, endurance and balance so you can be in
the board, more times than in the water.

The health benefits of surfing are these ones: it improves your cardiovascular and
heart health, it’s good for your back muscle tone, shoulders, also as you’re
surfing you get lot of endurance, it also increase your energy and it may
extend your life.

wave, was 37 minutes, which is impressive.
The biggest wave
recorded, was 530 meters in Lituya Bay (the ones who don’t know where it is
found, is found in the southern coast of Alaska.)

can do like Kelly Slater did, who was the highest ever paid surfer which was
